- Light quadricycles and vehicles for persons with reduced mobility.
- Motorcycles with or without sidecar with a maximum displacement of 125 cubic centimeters, a maximum power of 11kW and a maximum power/weight ratio of 0.1 kW/kg.
- Motor tricycles whose maximum power does not exceed 15 kW.
